need advice.
so i workout hard/good form plenty of rest, eat great, run at least three times a week and do P.T. but still i cant get any bigger, or stronger. what could be the cause of this.
-dont smoke/ do chew. not taking supplements now but ive taken everything out there in the past. got tested for low testosterone , came back normal.
-lost need help........

post up what you eat in a day and when and we can start there

Been there done that, was 190lbs.
Started eating a good 4500 cals a day, staying at 225 now.

regular day-wake up- apple,breakfest- 3 boiled eggs, i cup oatmeal, small cup of fruit.meal 1- i can tuna, small pack of fig newtons. lunch-1 boneless chicken breast, small salad.meal 2- 1 can tuna, half a bagel.dinner- 1 pice fish, 1 small can veg.,1 cup brown rice.was taking protein about 1 gram per pound but after not seeing results stopped after about two months.
