    Does anyone do parkour or free running here?

    I've always wanted to get into that, i'm getting my cardio up to be able to handle it. I wonder how these guys get so good. How the hell do you train for this shit??

    IMO don't do this in public areas where people will see you...

    I've seen guys do this in real life and most look like a fairy jumping around.
    everyone points and laughs no one says "that's sick/awsome"

    you'd have to work your way up from easy stuff first, because no matter how strong you think you are in the gym, i'll bet anything that that stuff takes all new muscles and groups together.

    looks cool, but yes, probably going to hurt yourself and get ridiculed

    on the contrary, I've seen ppl do this in real life and I got real excited. I even followed 'em around for a bit to see what they do.

    gay, I know.

    anyways, I can see how a noob may look like a fruit out there, that's why I wanna know how to train for it a bit. hate it or love, I bet its a great way to do cardio and shed some body fat.

    Some guys are the outdoors calisthenics guys... They do it on the streets, much like bmx stunting. (in my country there're bmx stunt gangs etc.)

    Some guys take gymnastic classes... Some, martial arts.

    You can tell the guys who do gymnastic training because their form on some of the holds is more technical. (e.g. feet together on handstands and holds etc.)
