Spent the morning writing a diet, grocery list, budget and masterbating
A good Sunday so far, even knocked out an hour of light cardio already.
Wanted to run this by everyone. Similar to my "too much cardio" post. I figured some guys might like to see a post by me NOT about a girl/girlfriend.
Stats:
226lbs
6'
15%bf (outline of abs)
12 years training
Goals:
Maintain, or gain weight. Loose fat, retain muscle.
Workouts:
6 days H.I.T weight training (takes about 45 mins to an hour)
6 days 1 hour light cardio (140 heart rate) split in 2 half our sessions
Sleep at least 10 hours a day. 8 hours + 2 hour nap.
Supps/AS:
ECA 2 times daily
Milk Thristel 325mgs
Niacin 200mgs
Red Yeast Rice 1200mgs
T-bol 50mgs
EQ 500mgs/week (16 weeks)
Test E 250mgs/week (10 weeks)
Nova 20mgs Daily (16 weeks)
Letro 2.5mgs Daily (When i start to bloat)
Diet:
6 meals, starting at 8am, running until 10pm. 2 Gallons of water daily, no diet drinks, just water.
Calories: 3775 Protein: 363 Carbs: 260 Fat: 85
Broke down the grocery budget, works out to about $60 a week, affordable.

8oz steak (lean)/Seasoned Brown Rice
Cals: 910 Protein: 62 Carbs: 50 Fats: 16
Meal 6:
6oz Tuna, 8 Triscuits (rosemary and olive oil)
Cals: 390 Protein: 52 Carbs: 28 Fats:6

Posting about diet, cycle, supps, routine, masturbation and seeking critique on it, is pretty common on the boards.
Speaking of food for thought though, time for meal 4 (PWO).
