PUT YA HAND UP IF YOU WENT AND HAD A CIG AFTER READING THIS HAHA??? sounds like a few were itching for one as they posted replies.
Used to smoke for a little while nothing to heavy then stopped couldnt stand the shortness of breath while playing football and during workouts. but as soon as i got a beer in my hand it was on in a big way...smoked till it came outa my ears. wake up in the morning and it would feel like my air way was as thin as a drinking straw but then i would light up another one and it would be the best cig ever. then i would leave it alone till i got a beer in my hand again
i admire those who hav never tried one coz really you arent missing out on much theres minimal benefits

Both are my favorite after a long run, In my experience Dip hurts your run alot more than smokeing does
Now dont freak out people Im talking smokeing in light does's if your a 2 pack a day junkie Cancer Will be hitting you there pretty soon
