After the waiter left she said, what the heck, I told you I don't eat meat and you're just going to eat that in front of me. Get the waiter and change your order.
I said no, it's not like I'm making you eat it.
She said, she couldn't sit there and watch me eat it. And if I wanted to eat steak, I'd have to do it alone.
    I said OK, bye then.

So, I sat there, ate my two dinners alone, paid and left

Ok here it is...... Get two portobello mushroom "caps"- the big ones.

Also get some imitation crabmeat. Put the crabmeat into a food processor, add a few splashes of sesame seed oil, some chili oil (this stuff is hot, be careful!) and a few dashes of soy sauce. A tablespoon of low-fat mayo and then turn on the processor until it is finely ground (NOT pureed). Hollow out the underside of the mushroom caps (careful - use a sharp knife and scrape out the black gills and stem). Put a splash of olive oil in each cap and put in the oven at about 250 deg. for ten minutes or so. Then take them out and spoon that crab mix in each cap. replace in the oven for another ten minutes or so. Now remove and sprinkle some broccoli slaw or cole slaw on them and serve. Yummy Yummy!
Easy - low fat - and deelicious!!

Don't worry about the absolute amounts of ingredients - not critical!!
