Depens on what I'm doing. During workout I like metal and hard rock, sometimes house & techno. I also have a specific song that I listen to when I squat and Deadlift: St.Anger by Metallica, gets me into the workout. When I'm in my car I enjoy Old-School rap or whatever's on the radio. Clubbing I definately preferre House over anything else.

Nine Inch Nails kick this week.

A buddy of mine worked out with Trent once and said the dude is a maniac in the gym.

If I'm in a quiet mood, then I listen to Six Feet Under...from there, I go heavier.

Since you're a Chris Barnes fan, I'll overlook the Six feet Under deficiency.

    Amen to that.

I'll listen to country most all the time. I can listen to a little mainstream rap, just because it's what all the girls like. I agree with the rock statement too. That's basically all I can listen to when lifting. I don't go hardcore with it though. I can listen to anything when doing cardio though.

    Is this thread still going???
