ummm what state am i from? hmmmm

I know in the state of Indiana.. There is no open or concealed.... All u gotta do is go to the sherrifs department.. Fill out the paper work, pay and then they do the back ground checks and shit and send u ur permit in the mail like a month or so later.. I called and spoke with the Sheriff and he said there is no open or concealed in Indiana. He suggest that you leave it concealed cuz for an example ur are eating out and u have ur gun out next to u.. and some old lady calls the cops sayin u have a gun.. its more of a hassle than anything.. but ya. open carry is legal for the state i have my hand gun permit at.

I will be getting a permit for Texas here soon. So i need to read up on their laws.

I have a concealed here in Texas. If you lived in a state that had chl reciprocity with Texas, and you had a chl, you'd be ok until your next renewal. But since you don't even have a liscence, you're going to have to take the chl class. It's a 1-2 day class (depending on the place), and you go over things like when and when not to use deadly force, common sense gun safety, the law, etc. If you pass, you'll be fingerprinted, and then you send your finger prints and papers in to the capital. They'll run a background check and if you're clean, you're golden. Classes are pretty full now since Obama took office, so you're going to want to sign up asap.

There is no open carry for civilians in Texas, unfortunately. If your weapon is seen, you're in violation of the law. Good news is as of September 10th, 2007 you can keep a loaded hangun concealed in your car with out a chl.

i feel the same way about test. no need to go above 600mg/wk.

although if i were ever to buy a crotch rocket, i do like honda cbr's, but my 1st choice would be a Triumph

in about a year i want to buy a VRSC (V-ROD muscle) by Harley Davidson, the '09's are sweet lookin!
yea cause douches and posers don't ride harleys

i wonder what kind of bike i would recommend

Yeah I know a few cops and they agree that if you're going to shoot, shoot to kill. It's sad to say that but in this time of lawsuit abuse that we live in, it's best to have no witnesses but yourself.
