    i have boxing gloves, jump rope, stop watch, folder to document weight/cardio progress logs, ipod (always <3), protein powder, plain bagel, agility ladder, lifting straps, weight belt, usually some sample of superpump or protein that my gym hands out, and may a condum for goodluck
