lightsout thats crazy man. but on topic of 6 pack i hate doing ab specific exercises now because i find working squats and deadlifts heavy and more often does way more for my abs. im at 7% bodyfat most of the time and always notice after working squats and deadlifts more often abs grow way faster(when i'm doin squats and deads more i cut ab work). so at my bodyfat i always see abs but get noticably bigger on these exersices. anybody else get good results for abs with the two kings of exersices?

I am looking about 3 more months. Maybe longer since this is my first time really cutting. I am still learning the ropes, and the first time is the hardest....then fat loss/leanness memory should be there just like muscle memory

I owned one of the biggest night clubs in south texas and also an upscale restaurant. I know a lot of people there. i was raised by the rule of eye for an eye. i would never snitch under any circumstance. but we are now even or i might be slightly ahead

yeah, worse in prison. I remember one snitch got half of his ear bitten off. The report couldn't conclude what happened to it. Was either flushed or swallowed. Also got "locks in socks" and wasn't even recognizable afterwards because he was so swollen and disfigured.
