six pack abs
Just wondering who has a 6 pack (abs)? I'm asking because very few people have them and there hard to get. I'm planning on getting some by next month so I've increased my cardio to twice a day and eatting really clean. If u got some show some pics

My abs are more like a powerlifters, the top part bulges out while the bottom stays flat, its hard and muscular too (it isnt fat or anything).
I didn't purposely try to get it, it is because sub conciously I flex and tighten my abs in almost all my exercises when I lift weights and thus my upper abs are overly muscular causes it too "bulge"

I'm a little leaner now than in the pics in my album, but mine are covered by a nice layer of fur.

I get the ripped six pack when I'm cutting for a fight, but that's about it. I've got the 4pack with a little chunk covering the bottom two.
I'm still learning how to eat clean though. I've got my workouts and cycles pretty decent. I can put on size with my diet, but still learning how to lean out.

This was from my 2nd cycle ever. I'm not as big as alot of you on here, but I was about 200lbs in that (5'9"). I've got more abs showing when I'm cutting. I got up to 220lbs on my last bulk. I'm learning how to eat better.

I only carry a 6 pack when cutting. Most of the year I carry either a 4 pack or in extreme bulking phases a 2 pack.

IMO a lot of people try to get a 6 pack the wrong way.
I use to dance right around 190lbs. I would run, diet, just try to lean up in the spring and get a 6 pack by summer. It was really hard, strict diet, cardio for 45 minutes and I have ADD so I would get bored doing cardio.
Over the winter, I bulked up to 226. I then cut down to 210 and 6 pack in tote. So far, it's been easy to maintain. All in all, I put on about 25lbs of muscle and that muscle takes 1725 calories to maintain.
Right now, I'm eating 3,800 calories, I eat carbs, but not with fats and not late in the day. My last meals are just lean proteins.
I eat every 2 hours (or try my best) and I even eat ice cream a few times a week. I drink a coke at the gym, and PWO after. So far, it's been a lot easier to maintain a low BF by displacing fat with muscle.
I don't even do cardio right now. I might start a 30 minute jog in the morning, it makes me feel better, but I'm scared to burn muscle by jogging even.
For me, the best way to get a 6 pack, and keep it easier, was to put on muscle.

At 178lbs (17yrs old) and 190lbs (23yrs old) I had a 6 pack, Now Im about 3 and a half beers short at 245lbs
6 pack is overrated. I can do the same Ab routine with probly more intensity than a guy who is 180lbs. I used to train abs like a Monster but I was a Liteweight. Now I am a Heavyweight. No Need for 6 packs unless I have a can opener!
