LOL being a Persian warrior only gets you so far in life.
My stats right now are 6'1 225 9-10% bf, I just got off tren so I leaned up alot, but for my age I think I am pretty good considering I was 134lbs only five years ago.
Like I said I am not a Persian Xerxes like your as jamy a freaking 6'4 275 mothatrucker
Yeah I mean I can take punches, I mean my workouts are HELL so much so that unless someone punches me in my nose or kicks me in the balls I will get right back up. I mean the tendonitis I have in my forearms and the workouts I endure makes pain so numbing to me.
But the thing is, I don't drink alcohol so I don't get the "beer muscle" complex that these douchebags do and I always think to myself "Do I really want to start a fight with a drunk dude when I am compeltely sober?"
Luckily so far it hasn't come to that.
True, true, its just I as a kid flinched alot and even today I flinch if some raises their hand to quickly. It's because (believe it or not) as a kid my mom would hit me alot to punish me and usually I wouldn't see it coming so now my mind is always on the defensive.
Yeah, I am a pretty self-conscious person and usually I do ignore fights unless I am backed into a corner hence why I have never gotten into a fight and also I am not the type of person you would fight like I am not a ignorant prick that pisses people off, generally I am nice and charasmatic guy so you really have to be a prick or piss me off for me to get angry.
Yeah my roommate is one of those people who had "anger manangment" problems and the dude would bunch walls and anything else when he got angry and he and his friends would get into at least 1 or 2 fights a month with people at bars or somewhere. Yet almost every fight I heard him tell me about he usually would punch the kid during the "confrontation" and that would be the knockout punch or it would be the beginning and become a brawl.
Very good advice, like I said man I probably can take alot of punches and still be able to come back at you with a veganance just for the shear fact that I have been through so much pain and anguish in my workouts and injuries that a punch or two while adrenaline is pumping in my system won't hurt.
The problem is like I said earlier I flinch alot so quick movements would make me flinch and I wouldn't pick up on the difference between a fake swing and the real one. It all comes back to when I was a kid, I got hit alot by mom (not like abused or anything) and as I got older it was my brain's natural response.
I have been walking and someone would quickly raise there arm next to me and I would flinch thinking they were getting ready to swing when in reality they were scratching their arm or something haha

Maybe you should revisit where you hang out and who you hang out with if you're finding yourself in these types of predicaments all too often.

I agree with Murilo Ninja that training is a good idea and will also give you less to worry about/ prove.
MMA is the best approach. Boxing/ Muay Thai are the best striking forms. Even though you don't want to take a bar/street fight to the ground, you'll want to be able to defend and get back up if you're taken down anyway.
Being big/strong and knowing even some basics will be a solid combination. Even a year and a half worth of training MMA a couple days a week will give you enough confidence and skill to go out without feeling self conscious.

27-0? That seems pretty high even by UFC standards.

ive been in some intense street fights. honest to god truth, drugs that are strong inducers of aggression or psychosis will win you the fight every time. if you are up against someone on meth or speed, you're pretty much done.
first things first:
(1) scream ****ed up shit as loud as you can, whilst punching as hard as you can.
(2) you always throw the first punch. if its heading that road, you best let them know you dont **** around
(3) Parry around them and aim for the same spot each time, right handed go for their left eye till they drop.
its generally pretty easy especially since most of us dont drink. going up against someone whos mildly intoxicated, parrying and screaming is enough for even someone with no experience to drop someone twice their size.

Chung Moo Kwan works for me
Martial arts training can be very effective and can really change your life. In a very few lessons, you will learn how to stand, how to breathe, how to punch and how to defend yourself from an aggressor's moves.
I have always valued the training I received many years ago. The confidence gained can change your life and can make you a better person. Just a few lessons can give you enough, so that you can build on that with exercize and simple practice.
If a person puts a hand on me, I am confident that I can take them down, if I choose. However, if they scare me I might hurt them, cause I certainly don't want to be hurt. It's amazing what a little knowledge can do and most people don't have a clue.

Jigga I am not going to take PCP and lose my inhibition and end up killing the dude ripping out his heart and eating it (I swear there have been cases of this happening on PCP).
But the whole "Yell ****ed stuff while punching" seems funny
"I am going to rape your mother" *punch*
"without a condom" *punch*

well with pcp you are generally naked, but theres a good youtube video the naked dude punches through a fence rather than hoping over it.
as for the screaming part, i dunno if id say that. it would be more along the lines of "YOU THINK YOU'RE TOUGH SHIT MOTHER****ER???" swing away.

Best thing for practice is sparring with a mate start slow and then as your confidence gets up go heavier an heavier that way you no the fight isnt gona go to far you wont get to hurt depending on how hard you go seriosly try this evriday for a week and i bet yourl be walking round a bit taller
