Your right our system does suck... Even if they do give him jail time, he'll do his jail time in a kiddy jail, get out in what 90 days and do it again... I say let another kid beat him and stomp all over his head, maybe he may kick some sense in to him...Well, maybe not.

This used to happen at my highschool everysingle day. This could be why I have gained about 80 pounds since I graduted.I still look in the mirror and see the 140 pound kid I used to be.

Sorry but in NY and the many fights I have seen went down in that fashion which lead me to create this opinion of mine. I am not racist but from experience and seeing alot of gang activity thats what lead me to this opinion. Doesn't mean I do not like black people, my boy Devon called me in the midst of writing that statement and he is a black man.
