Up to 1 year max imprisonment, and $100,000 fine, with no more than a year of parole/probate.

Was dropped to a misdemeanor from about 4-5 felonies.

Hard to tell what's going to happen in court, going to chat with my PD sometime very soon.

Think I'll go in? Or since this is my first offense they'll drop the jail time.

Either way, I have to find a bunch of bitches to **** before I meet Mr. Burrito.

I got popped for about 5 felonies committed roughly 2 years ago. Wire fraud, conspiracy, credit card fraud, identity theft and 1 other.

The PLEA however got bumped down to 1 count, and supposedly a misdemeanor, violation of 18 U.S.S. § 1039(a)(2)(C) and (c)(2)(A).

Fvcking Romanians... Got lured into doing some deals by my X-GF who was eastern European.

Actually, no I didn't do any hacking or any of that. I was just recruited, picked up funds from W.U. that turned out to be stolen. They lured me into it, saying they were funds from an international business, and since my GF was Romanian she didn't have an I.D. etc etc. blah blah long story.

I didn't steal from you, and CC suck anyway. The Banks steal from US and make us go to war and fvck with our entire country badly, so don't make ME look bad. I am remorseful for what happened but seriously. Everyone was taken care of by the government and their shitty system.

if its a misdemeanor i doubt you will do any time based on your past. if this is your first offense ever your ok. They tact on all the offenses in the begining to make something stick at the end. If you do some time it will be in county and dont worry no body gets raped there ha. just keep your head down and dont be a loud mouth. i have done over a year in county and had no problems besides cracking a few southsiders.

Yeah it's really shitty how they lure folks in. I think I was like 1 out of 50 people in the southern area of the U.S. that was tagged as a recruit.

Being a mesdemeanor and your first offense I think you will get a hefty fine and some probation. They hit you with a lot of charges to make you cooperate and you did so they go what they wanted. Best of luck to you we all make mistakes and we all deserve second chances. Unless you are a child molestor then you just be put down.

i doubt youll do anytime or if you do it wont be for long. and only county

first time in trouble and lowered to a misdemeanor? youll be fine

i had a level 2 felony and only did a few months. that was my second time with charges too

first charges in another state were 15 misdemeanors for this. 36 midemeanors for that. 3 felonies for a lil of this. and i only did 5 months

dont sweat it. it will give you time to get your mind right so when you get back out.. you wont be so stupid next time
