need a shoulder to cry on... cause mine is F@#KED
sniff sniff... left shoulder has been bugging me a tad bit for the past couple years, getting increasingly worse the past few months. i took the past 11-12 days off all upper body lifts to try and give it a rest. today was my first day back in which i tried to hit chest. pain was horrible when i got remotely heavy on flat bench, especially at the bottom of the movement. then tried to do some incline in which 135 for 8 was quite difficult and painful. was very shaky on fly lifts even with only 25 lbs dumbbells. i wanna cry. im going to go to the doctor sometime this week and am TERRIFIED of what he is going to say. surgery!?!? take time off!?!? im scarred... sniff sniff

I had to take almost 2 months off sucked
I got a couple cortisone shots, that helped a lot. Take lots of MSN/Glucosimine, cant hurt and find either incline/decline or whatever that doesnt hurt.
Leave the ego at home and keep it VERY light. Work on form and SLOW reps. I'm building back up fast but keeping the weight down. I dont bench more than 150 - 180 lbs but do SLOW perfect reps. I warm up with 20+ and work it until 10 is hard.
I think I hurt mine when I was doing 100 lb dumbell bench. It didnt hurt then but started after. I think I will leave those on the rack for quite a while...
So far no pain or VERY little.
