170kg bench 140kg squat
My mate worked out his 1rep max on a few exercises 2night he benched 170 and squated 140. I couldn't stop laughing at him. I was ripping him 2 pieces but he didnt give a fcuk His response was you dont see your legs in a disco then he laughed and carried on doing curls

Well 308lb squat isn't bad . Some people don't do legs . What you need to tell your mate if he upped the squat , the bench will go up . To bad it didn't work other way !!
I see more women do legs than men . Or maybe I only watch dames ?

Yeah I'm the opposite I squat masively more than I bench, my chest needs work.
Max bench = 325lbs.x 2 reps
Max Squat = 560lbs. x 6reps
I actually figure its not worth going higher on squats just for risk of injury. Its not like I`m a power lifter or something.

yea well im the same ...now im not sure if this counts but my biggest bench was 150kg on a smith machine and 190kg squat on same machine ...now people telling me that it is easier on those machines which maybe true but its still fakkin 150kg and 190kg either way
