you know what a JM press is?
heavy board presses
heavy rack lockouts
rolling dumbell extensions(or rolling barbell ext.)
fat bar press downs
close grip military press
and ill do sets of 30 witha jumpstretch band on my upper bodys days usually 3 sets
but i alternate all these and superset some but always heavy except when i deload

and the jump stretch bands force a TON of blood in your tris you can get some from elitefts
