    I do push/pull days..... so chest/bi's and back/tri's. I do this so I can go full intensity and weight on both excercises. If I do chest/tri's then I pre-wear out my tri's while doing chest. Every couple months i'll switch it to that just for a change but hate it.....

    yeah i know what u mean, i just do arms on the same day, if i do push pull i feel like the workout takes ages, cuts out a whole training day tho, how many days u train a week?

    4 days

    mon - chest/bis

    tues - back/tris

    wed - off

    thurs - legs

    fri - off

    sat - shoulders/traps

    sun - off

    sounds good!, i usually do 5 days, but might soon go back to 4 (except train legs and do chest/tri back/bi) i got some good growth training 4 times a week, seem to push harder in workouts and have more time to recover

    the only thing that ever gave me a good pump was trac extreme no but it only worked good the first time lmao i mostly just eat an ass load of protein before and drink a monster haha but i hear this stuff is good

    haah 4-6? you mean 1-3? lmao but i do anywhere from 6-15 sets of teh main exercise then 4 or 5 accessories 3+ sets each
