lol, he told me the real secret of the pro's, crushed up dbol mixed with creatine and then snorted. I tried it and my nose started to bleed pretty heavily. He tells me that if there is that much blood coming out of my nose, then imagine how much is rushing into my muscles to make them grow!
I need to start researching things like Clen , T3, etc. I know it is used for contest prep, but I know nothing about it.

I have to thank Bert for turning me on to raw eggs in my shakes.. hell of a lot easier than pounding 8 boiled eggs each morning... scoop o' protien, 8 egg whites, tbs of peanut butter... = awesomeness.

The human body cannot completely and safely digest a raw egg white. So, if you like to do the "Rocky Routine" with a raw egg or raw egg white in your drink, you are wasting your time, not to mention the threat of Salmonella. Avidin, which is found in raw egg whites, blocks the uptake of Vitamin B6 (Biotin) causing a vitamin deficiency. You must cook the egg white to neutralize the Avidin and allow your body to safely digest the protein and utilize all its Amino acids. Unfortunately, cooking also starts to destory the protein.
The best way to go is drinking an egg protein. Egg protein is the most versatile form of protein IN THE ENTIRE WORLD! Far better than whey. I switched to drinking egg protein for overall versatility, and beef protein for it's unmatched muscle building qualities, and the result has been amazing. I maintain or even gain weight while still dropping bodyfat and getting bigger/stronger.
