Just chased my 250mg shot of EQ with 3mg's of PT-141. Have a hot date tomorrow night.
Update on PT 141:
I struggled with this awhile back and couldn't get it right, but I have it down pat i think. I did 3mg's a week ago and it lasted almost 4 days - it was faaaaaantastic!

Ha! It wasn't priapism or an anyting like that. But i had full control and on demand experiences for the entire time.

p.s. Aust, 30mins for a chest workout isn't the greatest, but you could easily smash it with a Body For Life style workout that only takes around 12mins for chest. I don't recommend this, but in a pinch it works.

30 min? Is that counting incline, decline flys and overhead dumbbell press? I would be hard pressed to fit all that into 30 min. 45 min maybe but 30???

Why do you need to do incline AND decline.
Declines have scientifically shown to activate more pec than incline. So why do both?
Plus... have you ever done HIT style or DC training routines?
One work set. One exercise.
Till failure then beyond with the use of intensity techniques such as drop sets or rest pause.
Only doing a chest workout can be done and done well in less than 30.

I feel it hit completely different areas from incline to decline. Maybe it's just me? No I have never done a true hit program and actually working back up to even a normal routine due to shoulder surgery but still I'm always up for something new. Ill look into it more and give it a try. Chest has always been sort of my weak point due to natural body fat. Ive never had the rock hard firm/flat chest due to genetics so I'm always looking for a way to improve.

Work on that range of motion.
Lessening is most likely what you need.
Keep that time under tension constant.
Half reps... Hit the chest/sternum then half way up.
Concentrate on feeling that weight the whole time and keep that contraction.
Squeeze those lats too.
Imagine them squeezing up around your rib cage and forcing your chest to contract even harder.
