Vyvanse is d-amphetamine which is one of the amphetamines in adderall except it has an isomer or something attached to make it xr. You can't snort the powder or get passed the time release like adderall so people don't abuse it as much. I've taken vyvanse and I think it superior to adderall when used for its intended purpose. Vyvanse is the same feeling as adderall but much smoother, less jittery, and you don't crash that bad. Adderall xr and vyvanse are similar to me but vyvanse is slightly superior IMO. Adderall ir are pointless to me, It hits hard, I have so much energy I don't know what to do, then I crash so hard.

Idk about Ireland but getting a script for adderall or vyvanse in the states is way too easy. I'm about as ADHD as it gets, If I'm talking on the phone and someone's having a convo near by I go nuts. I will totally forget my phone call and find myself listening to the convo in the background. I can't finish during sex if my tv is on because my attention will go from sex to the tv then back to sex. If you can't concentrate on the naked dime piece in your bed because the news is on you have ADHD. I still wouldn't take meds with any frequency, I've learned to cope and I feel adderall is terrible for you. It's nice to have around if I know I'll be doing something that requires concentration and organization. I never looked into ADHD until I was older but it explained a lot of my struggles in school. If I would have gotten adderall in hs though I'd just blow through the script in a week with my buddies and not even go to school. Adderall is to meth as OxyContin is to heroin basically. Have self control if you take it, use only when needed. I know if I take it everyday for a week or two I hate life for a few days after I stop taking it and that's using it in the correct manner, not binging or abusing it. If you love bodybuilding and sex as much as I do the addiction risk is near 0. You can go all day and realize you've only eaten a banana and a protein shake. It makes your dick shrivel up worse than any pool dick you've ever had and boners will not happen. You wouldn't want to take adderall then end up getting a girl in bed and disappointing her with your shriveled up non functioning dick. I'm not sure what it does, my dicks not small by any means, I have no idea how it shrinks so much on adderall.

Yeah man, I think I'll hold on to this one. It's weird how I can go from a "player" as most would call it with absolutely no intentions of getting involved with anyone to talking about a girl like a damn helpless geek with a crush on a cheer leader. I guess the main thing that reinforces my decision is the fact that the last thing I wanted was a relationship and was 100% sure I just wanted to stay single, be selfish, and bang bar stars until I died. My intentions when I first lifted with this girl and hung out with her was to prove to myself I could conquer this girl who was supposedly impossible. After hanging out with her a few times I was a goner. I never catch feelings, I haven't been in an official relationship in 3 years, and I despised sappy people who in my eyes wasted there time in relationships when they could be living it up like me. I had no control with this girl. Luckily she doesn't know about this forum, if she read all this she would have the upper hand hahahaha. Chasing tail was getting tiresome. Spending so much money on cloths, working my ass off to stay ripped, shaving my body, haircuts every week, dodging std's, dealing with crazies. I can be hairy as shit, bloated on dbol , wear sweats and a raggedy t shirt, and get amazing ***** with a phone call. I even liked this girl so much I got tested for her. I never have basically out of fear but somehow by the grace of god I was clean. I haven't always treated my dick with the most respect. Put that guy in some risky positions. I was banging this girl pretty steady all summer, really good looking, great sex and put it in the butt often. I later heard a rumor that she liked to Iv drugs, not sure if it was true but I was scared as shit. yeah we dont get it over here, well mabey some do but its very very rare, i had/still have adhd although i wouldnt consider it to be too bad in my case, i was on ritalin as a kid, thats all they really perscribe for it over here, the problem is that when i discovered you can get a buzz out of ritalin it became a little problem so stopped using it, now just get on with it, im used to it and kind of like it, abundance of energy and always enjoy meself even if im sat in a 8x6 with nothing but a lightbulb, ill still amuse myself

only problem i have is sleeping, you struggle to sleep alex?

I'm the same what when I try to sleep if it is silent in the room. I use a fan or air purifier (white noise) and it helps a lot. I can then think about one or two things and and get to sleep ok, sort of. lol
