day 4 of dnp cycle
first 3 days were 750mg each day
yesterday was pretty hot but not unbearable all day...but I'm wearing shorts and a t-shit and it's like 55-60 degrees out.

Last night after my last dose, went to bed, it was an eye opener. It got down to 47 degrees and I had all my windows open and like no blankets on. Windows are closed now, and the sun is out. Temp in my apt is 56 degrees on the digi thermostat, and it feels nice in here.

I'm cutting back to 250mg in the morning 250 at night. 3 a day would be too much once it finishes building up in my system. I still woke up many times last night and it wasn't a great nights sleep, it went from hot to cold depending on if I had the blanket on or not. It might have something to do with me having a few drinks of grain last night. I was trying to avoid cals and carbs and felt like having a drink. I asked my buddy for something low carb and he passed me a bottle of gaves (196 proof). No more drinking on this stuff.
