and it is easy! someone typed in the wrong date on a Memo of Oil and Gas lease. we filed it for record and it needs to be fixed to reflect the correct date. so, we sent her an amendment, amending the date on the filed/recorded Memo (which the file number is located on the Amendment) because it said 2012, instead of 2013. she wants to know why the property description isn't on there??? WTF!!! I told her that nothing is wrong with the property description and all we are trying to do is amend the date! she was not having it. I then asked her, have you read the Amendment? she says, nope. FFFAAACCCKKK ME! I spent 30 minutes trying to explain everything to her and then she hung up on me! the old bat did not even know what she was talking about and did not even read it for one! it is actually really simple, sign the MFer, get it notarized, and mail it back so we can file it!
