    what up dc, pretty much garbage all day. I went five days straight of eating tasteless shit (clean) and i just said to hell with it today lol.

    Thats not so bad tbh. Probably not even hitting your rec cals that you should be eating clean I wouldn't worry too much about it. Today I must cook all my meals for tomorrows work etc
