Shes got memberships to 2 gyms that have classes,turbo,TRX all that stuff. I think she wants some muscle now actually . When she asked to workout with me her initial statement was she wanted to be able to go heavier. Its not like I can say NO you cant workout with me .

If she really wants to build muscle quickly make her unrack/re-rack your weights. That'll either make her quit shadowing you or she'll put on muscle and save you the hassle. Win-win
