so I just hit up the gym
lifted boobs, traps, and short ab routine
decided cardio was not an option today because of foot ankle and leg overtraining. Gonna do rowing machine tomorrow. rower is not too hard on those. and hopefully can get back to everything else after that.

anyone want to hazard a guess what the digi at the gym says for poundage?
last weight was 262-263 on saturday
sunday off completely from weights and cardio
ran 3 miles yesterday morning with gf
food intake has been minimal
had two beers last night

jump on that for a year, cycle while running it and u will fvking love it.

ahhh finnaly some time off.....just worked 8 12 hr days and am beat down.....had my first accident this week after driving for 22yrs.....i hate winter....

forced myself to choke down a tuna wrap
not hungry enough to eat it cause of the meridia
not sure I wanted to cause the scale keeps going up
I gotta stay to course though and hope it turns out good
I just don't know where all this weight is coming from
hope I look decent in the end

I train 5 days a week. with 1.5 hrs weight workout and 20 minutes of cardio. I think I should re run the same cycle agian, I was worried abt the quality of grear cause tren didnt gave me any night sweat nor did i find myself short of breath.........what u guys think? or should I cahnge masteron to anavar ?

you could do as I do and make your own tren from fina
it's always real and plenty cheap so running high doses won't break the bank
var works good too, and a lot easier to do longer harder cardio sessions
