    so i put a 18g pin thru my thumb down to bone today....
    and that was after i forgot to change the pin from loading so i did a lat injection with a 18g pin then put it thru thumb..

    talk about a real painfull injection

    I've watched people who run it put on a good amount of size. I think it's not that great though. Not interested in running it. A friend of mine discontinued because of the sides. Real orals aren't as nasty to run and will provide equal gains.

    I use-to watch the high school kids at the Y run it frequently and yo-yo up and down in size.
