    it must be water weight
    but cardio this next week is going to be tough if I can't get over these over-use injuries

    all this cardio is making it tough for me to lift legs
    I haven't done legs since 8 days ago cause of all the soreness from the cardio
    I want to let them heal so I can go heavy
    another reason for the dnp rather then forcing cardio
