ha ha Cardio can be in more then one ways there is another way which u completely forgot aka having sex and yes it can be a good cardio workout if you know what you are doing which apparently you dont.
I can workout and take 30 minutes break to do my special CARdio...u need to have determination which punks like you forget...

The DNP is officially done and I will be posting my log tonight or tomorrow... I have come to a very interesting conclusion, but you'll have to wait to read it all in the log.

Kinda.... I Have determined that DNP is not good while running a Keto like almost everyone has stated. Although... during the experiment I believe I have evidence that DNP is highly effective if running a proper diet with carbs

No, this morning....
Ok, fine I'll let the cat out of the bag.
My refeed days are Sunday's so I carb load like a little ninja that day. Over the past 14 weeks I weigh myself Sunday morning before the carb up and then monday morning after the carb up. Everytime I would see at 7 to 8lb increase in weight on Monday morning as compared to Sunday. The first week I ran it, the weight increase on Monday was only about 6lbs which didn't seem too strange to me. This morning my weight increase went like this: Sunday Weight 187.8lbs Monday morning 191.2. So as you can tell only a 3.4lb increase which is extremely low for me and have never been that little of a weight increase.... My conclusion is when eating carbs it made the DNP highly Effective.
So, DNP is it a good choice to cut fat? Yes, if you are running a diet that consists of carbs but not on any form of keto.
