doin okay thx. You have insomnia or something? I have insomnia issues as well actually. I've only it for the past seven years (since my 2nd daughter was born) and I only get it if/when I have a long dry spell from the gym like over a month w/o going. Have you tried melatonin or natual sleep aid?

Yeah I've used it and it helped, psychologically if anything. I did the advil PM like crazy and actually other stuff back in the day, but don't like to do any of that stuff anymore so I just stay in the gym...lol.

Yeah... I don't have it bad enough to have to wear an oxygen mask or anything.... just very minor.... Enough to wake my ass up in the middle of the night 50 times. I wake up and have conversation and shit and don't remember them. I am fuked up. I think I am gonna give melatonin a try.

The pill was OTC.... I hate doctors.... they don't want to help... all they have is a fuken opinion. They try to get you to come visit them 10 times over again for the same thing here in Canada so they can bill the Government for each visit. Gotta love our free health care system.
Oh and did I mention you have to wait forever to get into the Doc once you're there..... Fuken stupid.

so you've never been to the doc for your sleep apnea? Bro, I think you should go to at least get diagnosed and have them possibly percribe you something that may be worth waiting a couple hours for.. that must get in the way of your growing too with respect to lifting. .waking up several times every night that is.
