Try keeping it under 75g for 2 weeks or so and see if you notice a difference.

You know, I calculated an ave of fat intake ed over the past two weeks and I'm averaging 85.44g fat/ed. Now, I'm doing the low intensity cardio which I'm loving as far as my energy levels go but I'm not being consistent with the 2nd session of cardio in the evening. I think lowering the fat intake by an ave of 10 will be very easy (toss the daily avacado, right which is like 22g right there.. I can still keep the almond and natty pb).. I'd love to be consistent for a couple wks with the 2x/day cardio and see if it would even be an issue. Either way, I could then drop the fat as well and lean out a bit more. I love my avacados though..

If you are just maintaining and its working then dont change... if you want to lean out a bit, drop 100-150g carbs day to day.
