Anyone else listen to Techno durring cardio and/or Lifting?
I like to spin Hard house techno but recently found a speed techno cd (Hardcorpse) that is just insane for cardio, I mean it really helps keep you going durring that am cardio.

Anyone else????

it's diff genres of house, trance, and mushroom jazz these days.

Yeh, dance music kills the minutes of boring cardio. Good sheet..
My gym has employed some 'pretty boys and girls', they changed the tunes to RnB. Sucks ass now, so it's rammstein mp3

Yeh A&B def makes some of the best trance out there, well after Corsten.

But for cardio I usually have hard trance playing (faster bpm) Masters Of Hardcore and what not.

Hmmm... Techno doesn't cut it for me for lifting, I hate it anyways, because everytime I try to tell someone I am a Trance DJ, they don't know what it is, and everyone classifies all electronic dance music as techno.

I love your mixes, i like Tiesto alot when doing cardio but his new stuff is not as fast and have as much bass like his Power Mix
