aright guys.. i remember when i came here just about a year ago with stats like 6'4 325lbs at 28% bf...

thx to everything iv learned and applied, im currently 6'4 273lbs 14%

just wanted to hear everyone elses success stories thx to this site.. im sure there are many..

this thread made me pull up my first couple posts on the board back in2006....
man have i come far thanks to the great guys here....
if u want to laugh, pull up ur post when u joined and were learning...it is crazy...

this board helped me in so many ways, im very thankful for all the help all u guys have gave me over the years....
and im still learning every day.........
