    Lightbulb good website to calculate BF% is you have a set of skin fold calipers

    Was searching online for where exactly to do the measurements with my calipers and came across this site. If you follow the directions and put in the measurements from a pair of skin fold calipers it will give you are really close estimate of your BF% and your BMI and your lean mass weight

    9.43 seems a little lower than I thought........ I think I'm actually closer to 12-13%

    7.098 was pretty darn close. Fat weight 17 lbs, lean mass 192 lbs.

    BMI has me at over 20% bodyfat BTW. Its the absolute worst indicator of body composition ever invented.
