I have two daughters ages 19 and 24. They mean the world to me, my youngest just had a son and made me a proud grandfather. My oldest flew home from Colorado and stayed with me in the hospital for two weeks while I recovered from a serious illness and surgery. Don't know what I would do without them they both grew into very loving and caring young adults and I am so very proud of both of them.

i think my day came when i went to one of my sons mma classes hes 8
well anyways iv been doing mma for 6 years and was teaching my son on the side
and last week they had simple match ups submissions and out of two match ups that day he only got tapped once from the full mount
but once he got that loss out of the way he turned around and got that same kid 4 times in a row two arm triangles a leg lock and a ankle lock
and from his back he got a triangle choke
hes only 8 years old im thinking maybe i have a ufc star one day hope he never get tired of it he learns so quick
the only down side of it i can see is going to be fights in school
