how do you know your true weight?
Just wondering what is the correct reading of you weigth. In the mornning i weigh less. and mid day or at night i way more. so which one is correct? sorry if this sounds stupid.

i weigh myself at the gym first thing in the morning, before eating or drinking anything, but after peeing.
you got a womans point of view now. its always less in the morning, thats the number that counts!

Your minimum weight will be first thing in the morning, after ablutions, and before breakfast. You will have lost water through sweating in bed, emptied your bladder, and dropped a log in the toilet. After that you will gain weight.
That is the most reliable way to consistantly measure your weight
