    Wazzup!

    How is everyone doing? Im still kicking around. Reading here and there. I have been lazy over the last few years but i have been trying to sqaure away my diet as of late. I weighed in on the 3rd of march at 6"5 332 lbs im down to 270 now. Basicly just cut a bunch of crap out of my diet.
    Not even sure who is still around but if you know me hit me up.
