    Cool what do you drink?

    so now a days it seems like every thing you drink is filled up with carbs and suger?

    i do get tierd of drinking just water so what do you guys drink?

    i like to drink a cup of juice some times but it has about 24g of suger so i dont drink it any more.

    i want to here what you guys drink or what is good to drink other then water.

    i get the gatorade powder mix.. and make it 1/2 strength in a gallon of water... it is still mainly water but gives it some flavor

    I drink Mostly Crystal lite style powders. I get the Wal Mart brand cause it is cheaper. but for everyone out there who uses this. There is no sugar in it but it is loaded with Aspertame which is worse for you than sugar!

    Anything I want for the most part but it's mostly water, Vital Rain, green tea, a little milk, VERY little pop, some juice, Carmel Mochiato 20oz 4 shoots,

    NO beer, never acquired a taste, Vodka and??? once a week or so while watching a movie.
