To small to cut?
I'm not looking for attention. I'd just like to get some opinions from the guys here.
Do I have enough muscle to cut, or should I keep on bulking up?
I'm not after being a bodybuilder just a respectable looking physique... Hit me with it if you don't mind.

It's crazy becuase I look in the mirror, and I feel big but it's just my self esteem that is big, not me.
Damn this shit takes forever lol....
What is a good weight for someone with my goals to hit before cutting to obtain 200lbs 9%? How much more weight would I have to put on considering I stay around my current bodyfat?
I'm aiming for something like this, even though i'm pretty sure my chest is genetically unable to obtain that shape.

Oh and reed, I know you've got all the props you can probably handle but i'm giving you more. You've done some amazing work to yourself and no question you had the best physique hands down at that competition... Nothing but respect from me bro... IF I were you, I would eat extremely clean, and extremely big. You will lose fat as you grow. take an hour walk first thing in the morning on an empty stomache on an incline treadmill on days you dont train. follow Iron Addicts Timed carb diet, accept add carbs after cardio and before/after lifting. eat lots and lots of protein. train with good form.

what do you mean by cut? there are a lot of people out there that when they got done "cutting' they would only be as defined as you are. you are at like 10%BF right now! how much more cutting are you planning on?

Yeah you're probably right bro... I'm after that sexy look, mens health type look. I was thinking I had enough on me to where if I cut now, i'll have that look, but I probably need atleast 5 more lbs of muscle. Probably looking at 6 more months of bulking... Another thing is I have the bad guts... Really bad stomach issues, smelly ass farts from heavy food intake and to top that i'm ecto. I have to take in 4kcals a day to gain around 1lb a week and that's with slim to no cardio. I'm just ready to be done but hey, nobody ever said it would be easy...
I see some of your guys dedication, and it helps me keep pushing... I got lucky when I tripped over this site...

Not possible. I'm a positive thinker, but i'm also a realist.
4kcals CLEAN is the max my body can handle taking in a day, I just can't ****ing take anymore food in than that and those cals barely make me gain weight. From 185 to 200 now in almost a years time...
Not after the bodybuilder look. I was thinking a cut down to about 8.5/9% bf might give me that shape i'm looking for... The brad pitt fight club type body(super cliche), but if I don't have enough muscle now to get it, then I still have work to do...
I'm asking the boards opinion because I know yall don't sugar coat shit...
How many pounds of muscle do I need before I can cut and get that look?

I had a test/decca cycle... My boy was tellin me how to do it, but I wanted to double check his advice and stumbled on this site... Got my a hole turned inside out by the kind gentleman here. Sold back the juice. From then, proceeded to slowly but surely find out how fitness is really achieved..
I've checked out those boards, none compare to the information and advice given on AR
