Agreed but FIRST go the restraining order route and call once time to have him arrested if he calls or show up, then hand him his balls. A Glock wouldnt hurt to get the idea across either.

They guy is 26, no he is still a kid. All of us in our 30/40 know we where still mentally children still in many ways. lol

Anyways, seriously you should have gotten a restraining order a long time ago. You have to start a paper trail so if anything ever happens it will show law enforcement and your command that you tried to be noble and do the right thing. That's another thing, contact his command and let them know how he is behaving. If anybody can fix the situation his Co 1st Sgt can.

Also I remember when I was in the Marine Corps (and it wasn't that long ago) I was deployed so much that I wouldn't have time to always be hanging around an ex's house and harassing her. Why hasn't this dude been deployed or changed duty stations or something? I mean we change duty stations ever 3 years don't we or has that changed also?

He was formerly a Marine. He still works at the base but as a civilian. And he did go downrange with the Marines as a civilian recently, to work on the helicopters, but came back and continued doing the same shit. And we're doing the best we can as far as paper trail. She's saving every single nasty text he sends her. The only reason she didn't do it sooner tho was because she thought he was just being a desperate loser. But then things started getting worse as I forementioned and here we are, married, with a retarded guy texting me wife, haha.

We broke up, they are together now.

Some times restraining orders are actually hard to get. It takes more than a nasty text message. I've never had one on me, if that tells you how hard they are to get!!! lol

Wow, what a whack job. OK even if you cant get a restraining order go to the police and talk to them. Get a paper trail started so when/if you do beat the crap out of the guy you will have a paper trail showing he has been stalking her and you have done the proper steps to try to resolve it reasonably.

Maybe you should teach him a lesson about how it feels to be stalked. Start writing him love letters, and sit outside his house, phone him constantly and tell him you know he's gay and wants to be with you. Stuff his mail box with tons of pictures of peniss, ect.
