I can honestly say every thread T-mos posted in i read with such concentration and observation for it to sink in. He was so honest, true and you just knew he was speaking from the heart. I had so much respect for him, he gave it his all on helpin us 'lifters', he knew so much and if he didnt know he could always point u in the right direction or step down for someone else to step in who knew more bout that 'topic'.
I believe at the age off 44 he was in his prime for teachin and sharing knowledge of all the aspects of BB and life. He was such a great father figure to all on the board. Im absolutely gutted this had happened. I can honestly say he has influenced my life and gave me a better understanding of things. To step back and look in on this board i cannot imagine how much he has influenced everyone else on this board. After learning from T-mos and many others from AR, i no longer see myself as a young naieve boy anymore but as a young man and i thankyou all BUT MOST OF ALL I THANK T-MOS FOR BEING THE MAN HE WAS SUCH A GREAT GUY AND HE WILL BE SADLY MISSED R.I.P SUPER T!

I was away for a week and this was the last thing I expected to see. T-Mos was so helpful to me with advice. And he always looked out for the young so they did not mess up thier lives. This is such a tragic loss and I am still in shock even after reading all the posts. I think like everyone else I expected to see him chime in that this was all BS and he was ok.
The board will never be the same without him, but we will continue to pull together like the family we are and get everyone through this.
R.I.P. T-Mos I will forever miss you bro.

This is unbelievable...I haven't been on the board very much for a month and specifically logged in to pm T-mos about the cycle I was putting together for November...I've always respected his knowledge and willingness to help. What a shock. Godspeed brother.

Man, I was just looking through a thread and saw his avatar, a little search and I ended up here. I didn't even know SC had died either. TMOS was a gent and spent a lot of time helping newbies especially, to stop them taking risks that it appears he himself took. Rest in peace dude and thanks for all the help you've given everyone here.
For me, I think this is the end of the road as far as gear and dirty bulking is concerned, ive been careless since a 16 year old, and I don't want to go that way 44 for Mos and 37 for swole, FAR too young. We all put too much pressure on ourselves in this world, needing to look and feel good because of the relentless marketing and perfect physiques we are subjected to, and the resulting shallow attitudes of people. It is perfectly possible to get a good physique eating healthily (fruits, vegetables as well as food for bbing).
Im not saying that gear caused either of these deaths, but gear, combined with stress (due to working too hard), pressurising oneself too much and probably dysmorphia/depression issues, clearly would have had a serious impact. Sad times indeed.

Damn.... I haven't been on in a long time.. I get on today to look at an answer to one of my posts the T-MOS had given, so I could plan out my cycle accordingly.. Just can't believe it... I didn't even know T-MOS except from a few posts but man this still sucks....
RIP

I didn't get to know TMOS as well as I would have liked but I do KNOW that he was one of the most patient and helpful moderators around... always took time to answer even the dumbest sounding questions.
My father had a triple heart bypass at 42 and before that he lead a very healthy lifestyle and exercised 3-4x a week so there was no way to see that coming... he is still alive and active today at 60. So it doesn't really shock me that a healthy man like TMOS can get a heart attack at the age of 44... it's in his cards..
It's easy to attribute this tragedy to steroid use but it isn't that cut and dry. One thing it DOES impart on us however, is that anyone with a history or predisposition to heart disease should be very very careful about touching/using gear. The blood lipid abnormalities that come with gear use during a cycle can only serve to exacerbate an underlying hereditary of heart disease. Take regular bloodwork and go for a full heart check up every yr after the age of 35 IMO
I use gear.. I have heart disease in my family... now I'm scared... and rightly so
never take our youth and health for granted
RIP T-MOS

David/T-MOS's original user name was Sman12b but I thought his name was Swan12b for the first year of our friendship....The first time we spoke on the phone I asked him dude why in the hell did you pick a gay ass fvcking name like Swan??LOL, At that time he asked me to go to a thread he had posted in, slowly reread his user name and I laughed my dyslexic ass off!!!!
I Love you brother, I miss your presence on the board and in life daily!!!!Last edited by HORSE; 08-29-2009 at 08:05 PM.
