ugggg...my mother ****ing boss just called me off of my vacation to work in another state for a week.....im so f-in pissed......it would be one thing if it was in state but no it has to be 4 hrs away just to start work.....i am beside myself right now.......ive had anxiety over the financing of my new home and it finally went through... i was on cloud 9 for about 45 min then the call came.....talk about a buzzkill......im tired of being ther bitch.....and i hate going out of state wher i dont even know the area and have to work.....now i have to rescedual my building inspection and appraisal cus my wife cant handle all of our household responsibilitys and deal with that.....im about to be homeless on nov 1st and thay know im scrambling to put this all together....thanx a lot you ****ing pieces of shit.......worst part is im on cycle and have to figure how im gonna pull this off...obviously lifting will be hindered but i still want to take my injects on time.......im thinking about preloading and taking them with me....only other option is to take shots a day late each time.......your thoughts?

It's work bro, you'll have days you just hate it. You are in demand, impress them each day, and keep that up. Do what they want, please them, make yourself so valuble, you can't be replaced. At that time, you can ask for vacations, ask for more money.

I have HUGE issues finding valuble employee's. it's my biggest problem with my work. I have the sales, and half the time the biggest obstical is not getting the good paying sales, it's getting employee's to show up on time.

The solution is not to throw money at the problem either, just cause you pay someone more, does not mean they will work better, be on time, or show up.

bro ive never called in sick a day in my life........what is getting my goat is that thaere are 4 peeps that do the same job as me but get paid 250$ more than me to do the same job and there 50 mils closer to where im being sent yet thay are not being asked to go........when thay hired me i had 6 yrs experience and thay still pay me lthe same as a new hire......ive done everything thay have asked and more and ill still do this even though im pissed because its the rite thing to do but come the **** on......im sick of these other guys getting preferential treatment.....you can bet your ass im calling human resorses today.......im supposed to be on vacation damit......i only get 2 a year while everone else gets 4-6........i feel i have a right to be angry......

thanx man, you are right ive asked for raises in thes 3 years and thay have givin me them but at this point if im continualy being asked to do the same job as these so called "experts" then i should be given the title and raise to go with it........ive asked 3 times for this promotion and have been denied each time not because of my skill level but that its not in the company budget........thats bs the ceo gets millions a year bonuses even if we dont make our bussness plan goals.....wtf?

You should be telling heim uf you are going you are coming over to pick up a company credit card and your room he has already reserved for you! and the car he rented for you so you dont put miles on yours.
