his first kill was a neighbourhood bully..iceman must of only been about 13...he disposed of the body 2 hours from the spot......he cut off the lads finger tips and knocked all his teeth out so even if he was found they wouldnt be able to identify him......at 13!!!

"The Road Less Traveled" by Dr. Scott Peck- opened my eyes to the potential of counseling and how to solve life's problems.

"Man's Search for Meaning" by Victor Frankl- Doctor survivor of the Jewish Holocaust taught me how powerful our perceptions are when all other options are stripped away.

"Gandhi's Reader"- I learned what a change in the world one human being is capable of achieving, and how much courage and strength it requires to abstain from violence to make worldly change.

"The 5 Love Languages" taught me how to identify with several different personalities and although the book was focused on intimate relationships, I could use the information to develop my family, professional and friendship relationships as well by applying the same principals.

"The Heart of Buddha's Teaching" by Thick Nhat Hanh is a great book on Buddhism whether you approach the teaching as a religion or a functional life philosophy.

Wow! Great list! I love existential philosophy and Buddhism. I don't talk about those things (most my interpersonal relationships are superficial) but it's something that I obsess about privately. It's probably a reaction against my upbringing. My parents are born-again Christians and I never bought into the slavishness to authority and the self-rightous arogance I associate with so-called Christians.

I liked art of seduction for it's history and literary allusions. I like the "mystery method" as far as practical application goes.

Art of Seduction was very good too just WAYY TOO much bs history.

The whole book is him telling a boring story then interpreting it. All the stories suck but the interpretations are mind blowing.

And then "Think & Grow Rich" by Napolean Hill.. actually ANY book on David DeAngelos book list usually winds up being a great read imo.

It all depends on who's narrating. Some audio books are awesome, 'specially if you're on a long journey somewhere.

Hey! Lost myself for a while there but when it's time to regroup nothing beats the gym adventure. I've been training hard for six months and my conditioning is getting good. Yourself?

i don't like mystery method all that much, it's based too much on canned approaches and such, at least IMO

AFC Adam Lyons stuff is more practical to me(and no, i'm not saying this because he's a friend of mine and i'm trying to plug his stuff, even though he's a great guy and honestly cares about students achieving their full potential)
