when you want to sit down you just throw yourself onto the seat"if its cushioned" so you wont have to use any legs/glute movements

i invested in a bed pan and a mini fridge to put next to my bed for days like this. this takes care of life's basic necessities. you guys need to pull your heads out of your asses and pull your shit together.

Had a killer leg day Monday so gotta bump this.
I contemplated using all dumbbells yesterday for chest because the barbells are all upstairs at my gym.
