I know i had a good leg day when i actually do legs....
my quads stay an ok size...much more...then i cant fit my slacks
I only train them when I do a powerlifting meet...

For me it's thursday, and I always wake up with a nervous feeling on leg day. As mentioned, it's a love/hate relationship.

when you need to sit for 2 - 3 hours after training them
when you cant eat for hour or 2 after training them
when you start feeling like the flu and fever coming on
when you vomit your stomach out

No lie, on Saturday morning I was working my legs... I was at the squat rack, and I tried to max out my reps... ended up throwing up in my mouth, and holding it! while running to the washroom.

U know u had a good leg day when it takes like 15 min to organize all the gym equipment
when u don't care if ur fart sounds cause u won't even make the effort to spread the cheeks
when u don't shower but take a bath
when u poop constantly for the rest of the day

I'm not going to lie... the worst part was that I made it to the bathroom.. but ended up spewing all over the sinks / counters... and then proceeded to drop to my knees and gag.... going "uhhhh ahhhhh uhhhh"
LOL... I had a f***ing audience. Everyone thought my pancreas was going or something...
... I was just really hungover for the first time in ages though!! hahaha.

all these post sounds familiar after a leg day lol. i found that stretching and and walk helps me a lot without stiffening up near as much.

Just got back from a leg workout and that's exactly what I did my first set. I've gotta go to work in a few hours and I really couldn't be f**ked. I just wanna sleep
