no. There used to be alot of shit going on in your area. I used to work alot of poker games back in the day.

but when i was 23 i was a qc inspector in a machine shop making $19 an hour.

Stupid question but when you got out did you notice yourself losing serious weight?

The day I left my id said 183lbs, and 2 months later I was 163. I never paid a thought to my diet and was leaner then Ive ever been in my life. Its amazing how your metabolism reacts to freedom..

i had to goto a behavior modification when i got out so my weight stayed high, it really dont lower till i found out how to diet properly.

i lost a little from stupid crash diet stuff trying to be lean

im now about 185 and bigger than the after pic

What movements and rep schemes do you use for your rear delts?

Yep I think its still going on.
Any kind of game seems to be real big around here, poker, basketball, football, golf is huge too. I'm prob the only one in my family who doesn't bet or gamble, can't lose a scratch off w/out wanting to shoot someone so it kinda works out..

Well thats excellent progress. I've gained 15lbs in 3 years and have ran 2 cycles already, so you can tell how dedicated I am lmao.

I'm 5'4", 176lb, around 14% bf right now.

I think judging by your history the discpline is def there. I'm just not sure what your body type is, you look like an ectomorph, so I'm not sure how great your body can assimilate muscle, but I still think its a perfectly reasonable goal to have. Not really undershooting or overshooting imo. And once you did put on that weight if I was you I wouldnt care about getting any bigger after that, just staying lean as possible.

Thats just me though.

Yeh honestly I hold more weight then most people just in my quads. From wrestling and then when I started lifting they got even thicker. As far as my upper body my shoulders are very wide, and I have a 28" waist. So I'm def lean but I really don't look like someone who has a lot of mass.

I plan on getting pics up after I finish my next cycle, will be starting in about a week. One thing I liked about being natural is it seemed easier to keep my body symeterical, for some reason now it seems like my chest is way too big for my bis, and like certain muscle groups actually respond quicker overall then other muscles. Could be a genetic thing too but I always remember being a lot more symetrical when I was naddy.
