    POLL: Which BF% Do you try to MAINTAIN when NOT bulking or cutting?

    I am curious as to which BF most of you maintain throughout the year, when that is your goal, to maintain. I guess not many people do this unless they are natty and want to just stay as low as possible after reaching their genetic potential. My question maybe mundane, but you can either answer what you try to maintain, or merely what you ARE right now.

    Thanks for voting. I'm at about 10% trying to lose some.

    Well I like to maintain at 10 or 11.. I have to do cardio to maintain at 10.. But cardio is good for ya.. If Im trying to impress a chick, have to be at 10%.. If the brewskies are going down easy, and are cold and plentyfull, then I hover around 11-12%...

    You just talking about maintaining right? Well, in between cycles when i'm just chillin and working out i eat like a mad man. Drumsticks, doughnuts, pancakes, i go all out and enjoy myself. But i've never had any aspirations to bb or anything else. I just like working out and doing juice. And when the time comes to get serious, i get serious.
    As far as bf % goes.....I try to keep it down to 20% or below.

    I think alot of people that voted don't realize what their true body fat is... alot of people think they are alot lower than they really are.

    I have never really cared what my actual B/F is. It's all relative, as long as I'm moving in the right direction I'm happy.

    I concur, I usually am lower than I think most times. Just because no matter how low a BF I am at I think I look like a fat f-ing slob...

    I would say I sit around 11-12 year round. I never cut. I just bulk and maintain. I can always see abs and stay very vascular.

    I would like to be around 10-12% but Im more concerned with my appearance. If I don't moon face, things are good.
