What you think would be a realistic goal would be??
People!
STATS
Age: 19
Height: 5,11
Weight: 181lbs
Bf: 14%
Right, i should be in the British army in April. Ill be finding out on the 13th of this month.
So basically im wanting to lean out and bang some muscle on. Id be happy at 11-12 bf. And im looking to gain muscle also. So i have 4 month till i get in the army...what would be a realistic goal stats wise?? Obviously with good eating and training..
Opinions please ....Oh btw im natty

what he means is with that time frame plus u know good diet and training whatever u think is a good goal u should be able to do it if u wanna do a 2 month bulk and crash diet to cut up some it should be no problem
i wish i was 19 again at that age u can pull off some amazing changes to your body in a short time

lol fuk dat if i tried to lift some of the chicks i poked id never have to go to the gym id be dead under a ton of fat

How many lbs of lean muscle you think i could be looking at in those 4months??

Hard to tell,really hard. Just eat and train and gains will happen.
How long have you trained? How much have you gained since started etc are all questions that have to be asked.
