I have writtn bio's, stories and dun a lot of research on arnold for school. In my beginning years of weight training I based all my workouts on his. And the too big topic runns deep. We all know Lou F. was a giant man.. guess he wasn't big enuf, to take out the Oak!

lol whats cardio??? for real i was doin a ton of cardio so i could pass my PT test for the army and at 205lbs i was running 2miles in 15min in thats really not fast at all but when ur 5'9 and weigh as much as me and have feel flatter then ____ idk sumthing really really flat then its fast lol

im 226 right now. never really been over 215 for more then a week or 2. so not used to this. blood pressure. headaches. shortness of breath. snoring. etc. all things ive never had to deal with at lighter weight

i can say i cant wait to cut.

but for now i have another 10lbs to go
