Agreed with most of it. The cards. Hmmm I think that is pushing it a little. Christmas cards and most other holidays are fine but Valentines day? No you should do it year by year and go with the card that has relevance to the current situations/mood.

As far as money I agree, if she does not work get her ass out in the workforce or she has NO business telling you that you are cheap.

I ALWAYS look for deals on most everything. If you pay retail for everything either you have way to much money or you are stupid. Sometimes you have not choice but if you do why would you.

$900 for a 3 day pass? I would pass. That's WAY to much unless you are talking about 3 days for 4 people, then it had better include some food still.

It's also no ones business to tell you you are cheap if they dont know you personally and know what you make or know your bills. Sorry but $900 is a LOT to some people. $900 may mean the difference of having a place to stay and food for the month or starving. That's a whole month or even 2 moths salary for some people.

cards are expensive imo. they go for like 3-4 dollars a piece add that up for each holiday and it can add up to 25 a year.

My wife thought it was funny that I freaked out about not having our "Pathmark savings card" - I made her turn around to get it before we went food shopping..... she didn't think it was so funny when I showed her that we saved $36.....

Just yesterday..... my parents were looking for a 50" tv..... I went with my mother and we found a 58" Samsung 1080p for $1400 with a 2 -year warranty included. Fvckin BestBuy wanted like $1800 for a 47"...... yah gotta shop around..... especially today.....

The card thing is just funny, the real problem is u told her, I don't think I'd tell my girl how little I was able to spend on her, hell let her think you spent a fortune, as for Disney, I just moved here, and it's a huge tourist trap, place is expensive, wicked expensive, but there are cheaper places to stay, and you don't have to go that far, just look in Kissimmee, not far from anything but it will save you a ton, all kinds of deals goin on right now with the economy suckin' every penny you save on lodging you can spend elsewhere.
