    Those moments of sheer excitement.....

    I had one of those "kool-ade" smile moments.....

    I stepped on the scale and it read "244lbs"...... OMFG 244 POUNDS!!!!! Thats with the abs still showing too!!!!!

    I was about 237 in my avy..... woohoo!

    Sorry..... just had to tell everyone LOL - 6 more pounds to my goal weight!

    My best stats were 245lbs 6-7% bf at 5ft 10" on cycle at peak

    Been off gear for 3.5yrs and at the moment I am 257lbs at around 15-16% (good christmas)which is way to heavy for my liking, i feel comfortable at 240lbs, I am cutting at the moment very close to going back on gear though

    DAMN..... thems is some good stats - I couldn't imagine what you looked like at 245 6%bf...... hell..... Arnold was 6'2" 245 while competing.....

    I was doing short burst cycles along side GH blast, my condition was freaky but I couldnt hold it for long I must admit, I also rebounded out of that condition into a bulking cycle which sent me into the top end of 250 but that kind of weight is to heavy for me and i feel very uncomfortable, happy days though
